This weekend marks the Tea Party Patriots first annual conference over in Pheonix, Arizona. The American Policy Summit is a gathering of the top Tea Party Activists in America geared toward connecting all of our groups and individuals to focus them on success.
If you don’t want to attend the conference physically, you can watch all the general sessions online by signing up for the virtual conference here: http://www.summit11.org/virtual_summit/v_display.
Thus far the speakers haven’t been that bad, and I especially enjoyed the talk by Yaron Brook, president of the Ayn Rand Center for Individual Rights (an organization I didn’t expect to be there). Also, Ron Paul is due to speak at the afternoon session on Saturday at 1 PM mountain time. They will also be holding a presidential straw poll, and I strongly encourage everyone who can attend online to go vote for Dr. Paul! This will be a highly publicized straw poll and if Ron Paul can win this along with CPAC then it will spit in the face of those who thinks he has no legitimacy as a candidate.
